STEP 1: Questionnaire

Once you have completed the Growth Readiness Questionnaire, which has 38 questions, which cover all aspects of your business, from business development, and people to operations and compliance, our team of Experts will have a good understanding about the health of your business. You will get a % score as well as the areas of greatest opportunity.

STEP 2:  Growth Readiness Report review call

After this a 30 minute call is scheduled to walk through the results, outline the areas of greatest opportunity and discuss next steps.

STEP 3: Programme match

The 3 options, 1, 3 or 6 month will be discussed to establish how fast you wish to tap into the growth areas and course correct your company.

STEP 4: People match

With dozens of subject matter experts, we will identify which Expert is an ideal match for you and your company that will deliver the results agreed. 

We do this via the Konverge App. Think of the App as the ‘Tinder for Business’. Once you complete your profile, you will get your personality type. There are 16 types. Each type has a perfect matching type. By working with your ideal business mentor ensures that you not only get on well, understand each other but also you get maximum results for your company.

Once you sign up to a programme you will be asked to complete your profile on the Konverge App.

If you are matched to a Expert and decide you wish to try someone else, you can change at any time.

The 1 month plan enables any business owner to trouble shoot an existing, obvious problem within the company. 

For example, it may be lack of a consistent sales pipeline or people issue that was identified in the Growth Readiness Report (GRR). 

Often once the situation is resolved, business owners seek to work on the other areas of opportunity identified in the Growth Readiness Report.

Our goal is to help you grow by matching you to the right Experts. 

The timeline for results depends on the nature of the work and your specific business goals. To provide clarity, we’ve developed structured 1-, 3-, and 6-month solutions, each designed for different levels of impact.

‘The Fixer’ (1 month) focuses on quick wins and process improvements, delivering noticeable impact within weeks.


‘Kickstarter’ (3 months) is designed to upskill your team and embed sustainable change for long-term success.


‘Immersion’ (6 months or more) supports more complex transformations, such as strategic shifts or cultural change, ensuring deep, lasting impact.
